Simon Dushinsky
Dushinsky and his partner Isaac Rabinowitz built Rabsky Group from a small operation in gentrifying North Brooklyn to one of New York’s most impressive real estate development firms.
Known as the silent giant of Brooklyn real estate, Dushinsky is now also making moves in Manhattan.
He’s underway on the Broadway Triangle Project, which consists of 1,000 residential units and roughly 63,000 square feet of retail space across eight buildings while he nears completion of 625 Fulton, a 1,102-unit tower in Downtown Brooklyn.
Unlike other real estate titans, Dushinsky has had no notable flops. He has never had a significant foreclosure. The question is whether Dushinsky can replicate his success constructing Brooklyn rentals in the Manhattan condo market.
In 2024 the developer partnered with Chetrit Group to build a 21-story, 53-unit tower at 260 East 72nd Street. In September, an entity linked to Dushinsky secured $320 million in financing from G4 Capital for a 280,000-square-foot Tribeca condo development.
Dushinsky is hoping to bring the same success to Fort Lauderdale. Dushinsky partnered with Isaac Schlesinger to construct two flashy 43-story condo towers in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village.
