Steve Gold

Broker

Gold first appeared on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York” in 2017, as the ambitious new kid on the block.

Eight years later, he joined one of the industry’s latest reality television iterations, Netflix’s “Selling the City” — but this time as the sage veteran amid the chaos of the new era of agents duking it out on the small screen.

In between turns on the small screen, Gold has built a tidy business selling some of the city’s most exclusive properties that seem to be catnip for high-profile buyers, including the Zaha Hadid building, where he bought his own apartment, and 212 Fifth Avenue, where Jeff Bezos dropped $80 million on a set of units, albeit after Gold left the project.

Gold took his business profile to another level in 2024 when he took on sales at One High Line, the largest development in terms of sellout he’s done to date. At the building Gold has proven to be more than a TV-ready face, overseeing over $1 billion in sales as the building has been one of the top-selling projects in the city.
