Suri Kasirer

Founder, Chief Executive Officer

As New York’s top lobbyist, Kasirer is on the speed dial of nearly every major real estate player who needs help getting a deal done.

She worked with Apollo Global Management, RXR and SL Green last year on a general project plan that paved the way for the partners to convert the 5 Times Square office tower into 1,250 residential apartments.

Kasirer also worked with her clients on the 2025 Long Island City rezoning, which covers 54 blocks and is projected to result in the development of 15,000 new homes.

These kinds of mega-negotiations are par for the course for Kasirer, who consistently ranks as the city’s most highly-compensated lobbyist and has a hand in major real estate projects that have a lobbying component. In 2024 the company reported $17 million in compensation.

She’s been at it since launching her company in 1997, and since then she’s worked on projects like the Midtown East rezoning and Cornell Tech’s Roosevelt Island campus.

Last year Kasirer launched a consulting arm (Kasirer Strategic Advisors) for clients that don’t necessarily need lobbying but want help with things like regulatory guidance and analyses.

Kasirer is part of a political and real estate power couple. She’s married to Bruce Tietelbaum, who went into real estate development in 1999 after serving as chief of staff for Mayor Rudolph Giuliani.
