Founder, Premier Relocation & Real Estate Services

As many of Chicago’s elite residents fled the city for Florida during the pandemic, Miner saw an opportunity to capture that outflow. After years as the go-to agent for high-profile buyers relocating to Chicago, Miner obtained her Florida real estate license and joined Celebrity Advisors, a referral network for ultra-wealthy clients.

Previously, Miner founded Premier Relocation & Real Estate Services in 1996, carving out a niche representing corporate executives, professional athletes and other high-net-worth clients moving into and out of Chicago. She learned the ins and outs of executive relocation after a career working in legal and human resources at General Mills.

Miner built a boutique operation rather than a volume-driven brokerage, leaning on discretion and repeat relationships. Her track record includes brokering Ken Griffin’s $58 million purchase of multiple penthouses at 9 West Walton, still considered the most residential sale in Chicago, as well as the sale of Griffin’s Park Tower penthouse in 2022. She has closed more than $850 million in transactions.
