Amaducci is among the top real estate attorneys in South Florida, regularly involved in some of the biggest transactions and financing packages.
Leading Bilzin Sumberg’s real estate practice and hospitality groups, she works with developers and property owners across sectors. Amaducci has provided counsel on deals that include construction financing for the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum condo tower in downtown Miami, the nearby Paramount Miami Worldcenter condo tower, the Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach, and the luxury condo tower Brickell Flatiron. Amaducci was also involved in the sale of the long-term lease for Bahia Mar in Fort Lauderdale, a $1 billion phased development led by Tate Capital, Rok Enterprises and the Related Group.
Beyond South Florida, she represented a special servicer in the restructuring and pay off of hotel loans, including a $730 million loan backed by Ritz-Carlton and J.W. Marriott hotels in Orlando and a J.W. Marriott in Phoenix; the $385 million loan secured by the Four Seasons Hualālai, Hawaii; and a $300 million-plus development loan for a mixed-use hotel in Las Vegas. A University of Miami law school graduate, she has been involved in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Miami Downtown Development Authority (DDA), the Orange Bowl Committee (OBC), Urban Land Institute and more.
