“Surf’s Up” on Lake Tahoe as Beach Boys co-founder Mike Love looks to sell his estate near the state border.

The singer has listed his nearly 19,000-square-foot mansion for $43 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. The estate is surrounded by six acres of forested land and boasts 10 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms and panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada.

The property which sits on a 2.5-acre lot features luxury touches like a theater, wine tasting room, ice skating rink, guest house and sauna. The theater comes complete with massage chairs and a dedicated popcorn station and bar. An old recording studio is now used as a lounge space, while the control room next to the studio space is now a walk-in closet.

The home’s exterior includes a 10-person hot tub, pool, trampoline and a custom skating rink.

Love, now 85, continues to play with longtime touring band members as the Beach Boys, as fellow co-founders Brian, Dennis and Carl Wilson have died. The singer has co-writing credits on classic Beach Boys songs like “Good Vibrations” and “California Girls.”

Love’s home is located in the billionaire playground of Incline Village on the lake’s northeastern shore. The asking price for the “Surfin’ U.S.A.” crooner’s home pales in comparison to high-flying sales there over the past year.

This spring, SpaceX board member and longtime Silicon Valley investor Steve Jurvetson bought an estate in Incline Village in a $125 million off-market deal. That figure set a new record for the priciest home in the Lake Tahoe area, outdoing the previous record for the region also set in Incline Village with $62 million. Jurvetson also bought another mansion in Incline Village for $46 million.

Other big-name residents nearby include a who’s-who of tech bigwigs seeking refuge away from Silicon Valley. Google co-founder Sergey Brin spent $42 million for a mansion on the lakeshore earlier this year, and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg purchased two historic estates and built a sprawling compound there. Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison and Workday co-founder David Duffield are also notable neighbors.
