The proposal calls for the property to be divided into five lots. Four of the lots will each house a four-bedroom home and the final lot will comprise 20 three-bedroom condominium units.

A timeline for the project, to be completed in three phases, has not yet been announced. Two of the single homes and eight of the townhouse units will be included in the first phase; the remaining 12 townhomes will be developed in phase two and the final phase will include the last two single homes.
