A Napa Valley mansion at Ovid Winery sold for $18.5 million, its full asking price, in what continues to be a strong luxury market.
The 10,000-square-foot home in St. Helena sits on 160 acres of land behind the gates of Ovid Winery on Pritchard Hill, according to the San Francisco Business Times.
The buyers were David and Dasha Gaian, according to the report. Mark Nelson and Dana Johnson sold their estate, four years after selling their vineyard and winery to Silver Oak.
The mansion, which was designed by Howard Bracken, features a main house and two guest houses. The property also has courtyards and a swimming pool overlooking Napa Valley.
