Designs for a new multifamily residential project in Oakland’s Cleveland Heights neighborhood have been revealed.

The approved project is a six-story residential building with included commercial space, San Francisco YIMBY reported.

The project site, which is located at 2805 Park Boulevard, is a 12,405-square-foot parcel. The corner lot hit the market in 2017 after an approved 25-unit project failed to break ground, Socketsite reported.

The updated designs, created by Efficient CAD, show two commercial units in addition to 20 residential units. The residences will be divided into nine one-bedroom units, seven two-bedroom units and four three-bedroom units.

Plans also call for a parking lot with enough space for 20 vehicles and 23 bicycles. The total built-up area will be 40,421 square feet.

The updated plans reduce the overall footprint of the project, allowing for more open space. The project is currently under review and no construction timeline has been released.

Nearby, in Alameda, a new multifamily residential project, The Launch, has been proposed for a lot on Clement Avenue. The project will rise five stories and will include 360 multifamily residences.

Across the Bay, a condo project is being proposed for a site along the Divisadero corridor near the Anza Vista neighborhood. The new development will yield 11 residential units throughout a six-story building.
