TV host Ryan Seacrest is putting his 40-acre spread in Napa Valley up for sale for $22 million.

The host of “American Idol” and “Wheel of Fortune” has listed the 10,000-square-foot estate surrounded by vineyards at 232 North Fork Crystal Springs Road, in St. Helena, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Seacrest bought the sprawling property in the heart of wine country in September of 2020 for $14 million. It was revamped this year by Silvia Nobili of Nobili Marqués Arquitectura, based in San Mateo.

Cyd Greer of Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley has the listing.

The gated estate includes a 8,700-square-foot main house and guest cottage, surrounded by views of vineyards and surrounding mountains.

Seacrest’s three-bathroom home, built in 2004, has a rustic feel, according to the Journal. It has reclaimed wood beams, antique French limestone and wide-plank oak floors.

Pocket doors from the main living room lead to a terrace. The living room has a vaulted wood ceiling, large stone fireplace and a 1980s brass-and-leather bar from Italy.

A wine cellar, upgraded during the recent remodel, leads onto a terrace.

During the remodel, the master bedroom was enlarged and a new guest suite added. An iron guardrail on the living room terrace was replaced by glass to expand the views, Nobili said.

The grounds include an infinity pool and bocce court, surrounded by mature trees and native plants.

It’s not clear why Seacrest, 49, a native of Georgia, is selling the home. In 2021, Seacrest told the Journal that he was taking steps to relax amid his hectic work schedule, including planting olive trees at his Napa Valley property with plans to press his own olive oil and make wine.

A year later, Seacrest sold a home in Beverly Hills for $51 million.

St. Helena, a 4-square-mile city in the heart of the Napa Valley, has long drawn celebrities and Silicon Valley executives. It is known for vineyards that produce premium grapes, and wineries that create some of the world’s best vintages.

The median price for a St. Helena home in May was $1.9 million, up 24.8 percent from a year earlier, according to Redfin.
