This Central Park condo combines sweeping views with Brazilian style.
Located on the 97th floor of Central Park Tower, this east-facing home boasts 270-degree views encompassing Downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and of course the eponymous Frederick Law Olmsted-designed park. When choosing furniture to fill the condo, which is part of the Artefacto Signature Homes collection, co-CEO Pietro Bacchi and his team made sure to find pieces that complemented the unbeatable view.
“We knew that 100% of the pieces had to be directed toward the view,” explains Bacchi. “You’re going to notice pops of color, specifically green, that bring Central Park into the unit.”
In our latest video with Artefacto, Bacchi showed TRD around the stunning home, highlighting how the company’s Brazilian furniture is the perfect match for the modernist tower.
“The breakfast table we decided to put in this unit really outlines what Brazilian furniture is,” says Bacchi. “Although it feels clean and organized, it still has this natural beauty that really brings the outdoors in.”
As part of the Artefacto Signature Homes collection, this unit was transformed from an empty shell into a sumptuously-furnished home in just two weeks. That quick turnaround allowed the agents to start showing the unit during the spring season, a crucial period especially in the world of ultra-high-net-worth clientele whose time is limited.
“There’s a certain season that’s the best for these realtors to sell the apartment, so if it’s not done by then, clients are going to have to hold it for another four months,” explains Bacchi. “One of the biggest things I learned from my father is that, if you promise something, you absolutely have to deliver it.”
