A Star-Studded Affair with the Industry’s Brightest Minds

Las Vegas, with its glittering lights and boundless energy, set the perfect stage for KBIS 2025, the ultimate showcase of kitchen and bath innovation. This year, The Real Deal’s Ross Fox and Seth Rogin were on the red carpet, meeting the power players behind some of the most influential brands in the industry. From groundbreaking smart home technology to bold design statements, KBIS 2025 was a whirlwind of innovation, insight, and inspiration.

Home Depot Makes a Triumphant Return

After a 16-year hiatus, Home Depot made a powerful comeback at KBIS 2025, and the energy in their booth was undeniable. “The show’s been great. There’s no bigger show. This is the first time Home Depot has been here in 16 years. The energy in this booth, for somebody who’s been to several of these, is unlike anything I’ve seen,” said Gregg Argall, Senior Director of National Accounts at Home Depot.

Ben Quigley, Senior Director at Home Depot, emphasized the company’s commitment to the builder and contractor community. “We’ve been talking about serving this community better for years. This is the first time we felt comfortable coming out and saying, ‘This is what we’ve got for you. Here’s how we can serve you better.’ And so everything that we do is about listening to our builders, our contractors, general contractors, and how can we help them better.”

Toto and Vibrant: A Commitment to Bold Design and Performance

At the Toto booth, we caught up with Jarrett Oakley, Director of Marketing, who gave us an exclusive look at their upcoming collection. “One thing to take away for Toto and KBIS 2025 is the commitment to vitality, to these gorgeous, luscious colors,” Oakley shared. “These are a sneak peek—coming out this summer—and they’re inspired by the change of the seasons. Those looking for bold statement pieces, that’s what we really want to bring this year.” Toto is listening to the market, and the excitement in their booth was palpable.

Meanwhile, at Vibrant, Ryan Fletcher, CEO introduced us to an air optimization system that blends technology with human performance. “It sits at the intersection of technology and home optimization performance to drive human performance,” Fletcher explained. “Our system is a combination of air purification/ventilation, and machine learning, using multiple data sensors and mini-computers around the house. It tells your HVAC system what to do, how to respond, and how to optimize that environment based on health and energy efficiency.” With home wellness at the forefront, Vibrant is redefining indoor air quality for the modern homeowner.

Delta and Ferguson: Builders’ Best Allies

Lorna Juett, Strategic Accounts Manager from Delta Faucet shared how the brand’s strategy has evolved to meet the growing needs of multifamily developers. “We learned our developer partners were coming here on their own because they knew this was the best place to see what we have to offer,” Juett told us. “So we truly believe this is a give-and-take conversation—we get to hear directly from developers about how we can help them build easier, build better, and service tenants more efficiently.”

Ferguson, a longtime leader in home improvement, took KBIS 2025 as an opportunity to launch Ferguson Home. Mark Morse, Director of Brand Marketing, described it as “a passion project for the brand.” He elaborated, “We’ve brought together our best digital experience, Build.com, with our national network of 250 Ferguson Kitchen and Bath showrooms. We just launched this week at the show, and we’re super excited to talk about it.”

Cambria and Acres: Elevating Design and Data

At the Cambria booth, Summer Kath, EVP of Design, emphasized the energy and curiosity surrounding the brand’s latest innovation. “We’ve been coming to KBIS for 22 years,” Kath said. “The energy this year is exploratory—people are seeking out what is new. And we are introducing Cambria designs that can be fully backlit. It illuminates beautifully, and designers are eager to showcase it in their showrooms.” Cambria’s fusion of luxury and innovation had attendees captivated.

For developers looking for a competitive edge, Acres provided a game-changing data platform. Carter Malloy, Founder and CEO, explained, “We provide maps and data for land people—the ability to discover all the things you need to know about a parcel of land, hunt for new opportunities, and gain competitive intelligence.” With weekly and monthly tracking of land activity across the U.S., Acres is arming investors with insights they can’t find anywhere else.

The Verdict: KBIS 2025 Sets the Stage for the Future

From vibrant design statements to cutting-edge technology, KBIS 2025 was a celebration of innovation and collaboration. As Ross Fox and Seth Rogin made their way across the show floor, one thing became clear: the future of homebuilding, design, and development is brighter than ever. Whether it’s through smart home advancements, bold aesthetics, or groundbreaking data tools, the brands at KBIS 2025 are setting new standards for the industry. Until next year, we’ll be keeping an eye on these trailblazers as they continue to shape the homes of tomorrow.
