When you’re at the top of the development game like Gil Dezer, your only competition is yourself.
“My philosophy on my luxury projects is, every one has to be better than the last,” Dezer told TRD in the latest installment of our Developer Diaries. “We need to really change up the game, offer something that hasn’t been done before.”
Dezer has outdone himself with the forthcoming Bentley Residences, the Sunny Isles Beach tower that integrates the patented “Dezervator” car elevator the developer pioneered at the Porsche Design Tower as well as new innovations utilizing cutting-edge appliances from BSH.
“We wanted the kitchen to be kind of a convertible kitchen, if you will,” explained Dezer while demonstrating how, with the push of a button, a wood-paneled alcove reveals a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen. “All your refrigeration is hidden behind these panels. You just simply press and it opens. And all of these Gaggenau appliances have zero handles.”
