A decade in the making, the Hall Arts Residences isn’t just another collection of luxury condos in the Dallas Arts District. This exclusive building has been designed from the ground up to function as an aesthetic extension of the Arts District, from the views of Pritzker Prize-winning buildings to the Gaggenau appliances in each of the building’s sleek kitchens.
“This is a contemporary building,” Emily Summers, CEO of Emily Summers Design Associates, explained to The Real Deal. “All of the products and resources that came together were the most beautiful, the most elegant and the highest level.”
When the time came to select the appliances for the kitchens, Gaggenau’s top-of-the-line refrigerators, wine coolers, and convection ovens were the obvious choice.
“We try not to cut any corners,” said Craig Hall, the developer behind the project. “We tried to go for the highest quality, and that’s what Gaggenau represents.”
The Real Deal got a firsthand look at the stylish Gaggenau appliances that deck out the Hall Arts Residences’ kitchens. From the push-to-open wine cooler and dishwasher to the top-of-the-line gas range to the spacious fridge, every appliance was chosen with the home chef in mind.
“Many of the people here really enjoy cooking and spend a lot of their time in the kitchen,” explained Hall. “It really makes a difference in the way you enjoy life.”
