In a world of residences branded by high-performance auto manufacturers and Italian fashion houses, one Miami resi developer is boldly defining luxury on its own terms.
“We made the very strategic decision that we wanted to invest in the overall quality of the residences and the amenities,” says Andrew C. Kraynak, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Ytech, the developer behind the skyline-defining tower at 1428 Brickell. Instead of hunting for the next big brand name to grace a Miami luxury tower, YTech put the money they could have spent on licensing back into the design, resulting in a building where each of the 189 residences exudes luxury thanks to “exceptional craftsmanship, best in quality materials, meaningful innovation, and a lifestyle that you can’t find anywhere else.”
In YTech’s latest video with TRD, Kraynak showed off the “superlative” kitchens that anchor each residence. Lit by floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive Miami views, these kitchens boast thoughtful layouts, exquisite natural materials, and appliances from leading luxury manufacturer Gaggenau.
When we looked at Gaggenau, what we saw is a brand and a manufacturer that truly invests in highly durable and highly functional appliances,” explains Kraynak.
“That level of technology and innovation that Gaggenau was able to bring to this project fit very well with what we’re trying to achieve here which was this absolutely new benchmark in luxury.”
