Italian supercars meet cutting-edge German-engineered appliances at Pagani Residences

Pushing the limit on aesthetics and design

Take a trip to the middle of Biscayne Bay for a first look at the Pagani Residences.

For the latest entry in our Developer Diaries series, TRD stopped by the Pagani Residences sales gallery in North Bay Village to learn how the building will exemplify the legendary automotive-turned-lifestyle brand.

“Pagani wanted to design a project that was going to be incredibly bespoke and special in nature,” said Mikael Hamaoui, Founder and CEO of Riviera Horizons, the developer of Pagani Residences. “At Pagani Residences, we have all corner units. So all of our units are, effectively, the best unit.”

Pagani Residences is the natural next step for the Pagani brand, which began as a high-performance sports car manufacturer in 1992 before launching the Pagani Arte lifestyle line. Each home in the building will feature furniture from Pagani Arte, giving the homes a distinct, and bespoke, feel.

“We worked very closely with Pagani Arte to design special furniture for the residences,” said Ashley Hamaoui, CMO of Riviera Horizons. “Lots of developers have built branded condo residences in Miami. We’re incredibly different, as the Pagani brand’s ethos is authenticity combined with details, precision and engineering.”

With so much care going into every aspect of these homes, the only choice for the kitchens was Gaggenau. These appliances are the culinary equivalent of a Pagani automobile, combining form with function to create the epitome of design and experience.

“For Gaggenau appliances, we are that ultra-luxury brand in the appliance space,” said Nick White, Sales Manager at BSH. “That attention to detail, that craftsmanship, the history of our brand puts us in a category with Pagani.”
