Terra Opens New Gateway to Miami Beach at Five Park

Terra Group CEO David Martin knows Miami luxury. With Five Park, Terra’s latest high-end highrise overlooking the Atlantic, Martin and team have refined their vision to create a building that residents “really don’t have to leave.”

Located at the terminus of the MacArthur Causeway at South Beach, Five Park sits at the entryway to Miami Beach. With the Miami skyline to the west and Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean to the east, “from a 360 degree perspective,” says Martin, “you have probably the best views of the entire city.”

Martin gave TRD a tour of the Gabellini Sheppard-designed kitchens at Five Park for the latest entry in our Developer Diaries series. The kitchen is “the heart of the home,” and when choosing appliances for the luxury homes at Five Park, there was only one option.

“Gaggenau is an amazing design leader in its industry and field,” says Martin. “We really enjoy the collaboration and partnership with them.”

From the Bluetooth capabilities that allow residents to control their kitchen from anywhere with a wifi signal to the fast heating, child-safe induction stove top to the timeless style and sophisticated aesthetic, the Gaggenau appliances perfectly complement the spacious, naturally-lit kitchens at Five Park.

“We want our residents to be able to enjoy and live and be able to have an experience inside their residence,” says Martin.
