Move-ins are just around the corner at T11 Car Condos.
For the latest entry in our Developer Diaries series, TRD and BSH headed down to Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas for a look inside these unique homes built alongside the nation’s only Formula One track.
“The 1,800 acres that we have here was originally supposed to be a housing development, and the opportunity came to build a circuit that would be dedicated for Formula One,” explains Brad Epstein, Vice President, Circuit of the Americas. Once the track was finished, the developers added an amusement park, a concert venue and other attractions to the area, and “that gave us the inspiration to also build these condos, to let this be a family place.”
The T11 Car Condos are part of a trackside community where residents can bond over their love of all things automotive, and can even drive on the track itself two weekends a year. The homes feature ample space for both storing residents’ prized vehicles and for luxury living, including full kitchens equipped with best-in-class appliances from BSH.
“These luxury cars and the people that enjoy these luxury products, they had to have luxury appliances,” says Phyllis Overstreet, Builder/Project Sales Manager, BSH. “That’s why Gaggenau, Thermador and Bosch were a perfect fit for this project.”
