Video: BSH’s luxury brands are set to dominate the home appliance market in 2022

At TRD’s 2021 South Florida Showcase + Forum, VIP attendees gushed over the luxurious green room set up. The space, which featured a super-luxe kitchen with live mixologists and an expansive networking space, was created by BSH Home Appliances Corporation. And now, BSH is bringing that high-end experience to more and more cities around the country as it expands its network of Experience and Design Centers (EDCs).

“[The EDCs are] a great opportunity to provide that area of freedom for the consumer, developer and the builder to use our showrooms, to show their clients and offer the experience that we offer in our three brands,” BSH’s Chris Kaeser told TRD’s Brand Studio team.

The organization, which represents three high-end home appliance brands, Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau, has already established itself in South Florida, featuring in developments like the Melo Group’s Aria Reserve in Midtown. And as it expands its EDCs, the home appliance experts are also building deeper relationships with builders and developers.

“We like to be involved in every aspect of the selection process for appliances,” VP of National Builder Sales John McDonough explained. Their team, which works closely with builders themselves along with interior design and marketing firms, also has its own project management team that works with developers to ensure on-time arrival and installation.

With that expanding network of design centers and deepening relationships with developers across the country, BSH is positioned to dominate the home appliances market in 2022. Watch the video above for more.
