Boutique New Development 66 Clinton Nears Completion on Lower East Side

Nearly a year and a half since it began, construction on the boutique residential new development 66 Clinton is on pace to wrap up by the end of 2023.

Designed by New York-based firm TalliTien in coordination with C3d Architecture and developed by Vault Development Partners and TLM Equities, the seven-story townhouse-style building will bring 12 new luxury residences, including a full-floor penthouse, to Manhattan’s historic Lower East Side.
