Casa Grande Hits the Market at $150 Million, a New High for Orange County, California

Dubbed Casa Grande, the offering includes 42 acres of property, permitted plans for a 38,000-square-foot main residence, guest homes, barn and stables, and a distillery, and working agricultural operations.
