Douglas Elliman Launches Sales for 200E20TH in Gramercy

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM), a division of the premier independent real estate brokerage Douglas Elliman Realty, announced today the launch of sales for 200E20TH, a new residential tower in New York City’s historic Gramercy Park neighborhood. Developed by Tidhar Group, Ltd., and designed by the award-winning architecture studio CetraRuddy, the building is the division’s latest in a series of new developments in a prime swath of Manhattan’s east side.
