Two Roads Development has expanded its reach past the company’s home base in South Florida, bringing its signature brand of best-in-class architecture, amenities and services to Las Vegas and The Bahamas. TRD stopped by the Two Roads booth at this year’s South Florida Real Estate Forum for a look at the latest additions to the developer’s ultra-luxury portfolio.
VP of Sales Operations Michelle Quinoa walked TRD through the exquisite Two Roads South Florida penthouses across the Sunshine State. Two Roads showed off the EDITION Residences in Edgewater, Forte in West Palm Beach, and a pair of Brickell projects with Harvey Hernandez, the Standard Residences and Lofty Brickell.
Across the state on the Gulf Coast, Two Roads is building The Pendry Hotel and Residences on the Tampa Riverwalk, right in the heart of downtown.
“We gravitate, as an organization, to really luxury locations,” explains Brad Meltzer, Partner and President, Two Roads Development. “The vision emanates from the location of the project, where the project is in the city.”
Next, the Two Roads team took us across the Caribbean to the Bahamas, where the company is working on the Four Seasons Residences at the Ocean Club in Nassau. These luxury residences combine Two Road’s best-in-class interiors with the amenities of the five-star Four Seasons Ocean Club Hotel, creating the ultimate Bahamas retreat.
2,300 miles to the west, Two Roads has again partnered with the Four Seasons with the Four Seasons Private Residences in Las Vegas. As Quinoa notes, these homes in Henderson “have stunning, large units that oversee The Strip,” giving residents “all of the perks of being in Las Vegas without the hectic lifestyle of being right on The Strip.”
