Hudson Yards refers to both a development and neighborhood in New York City. The neighborhood stretches from Eight Avenue to the West Side Highway between roughly 30th and 42nd Streets. The neighborhood includes the Javits Center, a development from Brookfield Partners called Manhattan West, and arguably goes all the way to Penn Station. The Hudson Yards development spans a large portion of the neighborhood, housing over 100 shops and restaurants as well as office and residential towers and 14 acres of public plazas. It is built over the West Side Rail Yard. For more information, check out our research here.
