A 10-acre industrial park is headed to Irving in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Houston’s Archway Properties is developing Royal 114 near the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport on State Highway 114 and West Royal Lane.

The Class A development will cover 429,027 square feet and will have four buildings ranging from 6,261 square feet to 155,050 square feet with heights of 8 feet to 32 feet.

Transwestern Real Estate Services, also headquartered in Houston, will oversee leasing. Construction will begin this summer and is scheduled to be complete in the first quarter of 2023.

Royal 114 will be on one of the few undeveloped properties near the DFW airport, said Archway’s Eric Hawk in a press release.

Construction in the city of Irving is active right now, with projects such as a $52 million mixed-use project slated for its downtown. Downtown Dallas is seeing similar development activity, with four mixed-use projects and a new tower for Goldman Sachs on the way.

Dallas-based Pross Design Group is the designer, and Frisco’s Peinado Construction is the general contractor on the project.
