Buda has another industrial resident moving into the booming suburb city.

Four Hands, a fast-growing Austin-based furniture company, recently signed a pair of leases for more than 360,000 square feet of warehouse space. The new industrial operations — spread across two buildings at the United Properties-owned Buda Midway on 1795 Fire Cracker Drive. The new location will serve as the company’s distribution headquarters.

Details of price per square foot were not disclosed.

Four Hands is planning to move into the first building this month and second building around October, the Austin Business Journal reports.

Four Hands was unable to find anything within Austin city limits and there was limited availability to the north in Georgetown. The company instead looked about 15 miles south and eventually settled on Buda. It will join other high-profile companies with warehouses in the city of around 15,000 residents, including Amazon and US Foods.
