A San Antonio property with its own underground show cavern, complete with upgrades, is on the market for an asking price of $875,000.

The otherwise ordinary, 2,700-square-foot house at 24811 Creek Loop north of Alamo City is about 2 miles from Natural Bridge Caverns, a massive cave system that has been a tourist aracction since 1964. The 400-acre Natural Bridge Wildlife Park is also nearby.

The sellers have given their own cavern, presumably part of the same system as the larger, more famous one, a number of improvements to make it a sort of private showplace. They’ve invested $87,000 in “excavating, lighting, electricity” and improvements on the underground space, according to the listing.
