The joint venture by Austin Capital Partners and Hines to develop a Four Seasons-branded condo project on Lake Austin already had a bit of celebrity cache, given the former’s connections to Hollywood and professional sports.
But the new marketing team for The Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin project will bring even more star power, with the addition of real estate TV icon Fredrik Eklund — along with his Eklund-Gomes Team and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
Eklund, famed for his star turn on Bravo’s dearly departed Million Dollar Listing New York, and Elliman are partnering with Austin-based luxury realtor Eric Moreland Group of Moreland Properties to lead national and international marketing for The Four Seasons’ first standalone residential property in Texas.
With condo prices starting at $4.1 million, The Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin will have several luxury amenities not typically found in the many other developments in the booming luxury market of the Lone Star State’s capital city.
Those unusual amenities will include Texas’ first funicular — a type railway designed to climb steep slopes — the state’s only indoor clay tennis court, a 300-foot infinity pool, an 82-foot indoor pool, a 96-seat theater, an indoor garden and 3,000 feet of private waterfront with a residents-only marina.
“The sheer expanse of amenities and services offered at The Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin is something that we have never experienced during the course of our careers in marketing residential properties in top urban markets across the United States, and beyond,” Eklund said. “And, we have seen it all. There are so many firsts here.”
Eklund-Gomes expanded into Texas with Douglas Elliman in 2020 and had coveted the Austin market because of The Four Seasons Lake Austin, Ekland said.
“We always had this project in our sights,” Eklund said. “I am proud to show the world this incredible project. Our job is to further expand the project’s reach where it has already had early success. This includes Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, followed by Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Miami, combined with an international tour. All eyes are on Austin.”
