“House of Ho” star adds broker to head luxury sales

Jaime Fallon joins Washington Ho’s team at eXp, from NB Elite Realty

Reality television star and Houston real estate and banking scion Washington Ho’s new head of luxury sales for his real estate business, affiliated with eXp, was basically hired off Instagram.

“We both follow each other, and I was really attracted to the story of Binh Ho,” Jaimie Fallon said, describing her initial interest in joining Washington Ho’s team at eXp and his father’s recurring appearance on HBO Max’s House of Ho. “He started out with nothing and built his business, and I can relate to that.”

Originally from San Antonio, Fallon, 45, has lived in Houston since 2008.

The Instagram connection eventually led to discussions about teaming up to sell luxury real estate.

Not only is Fallon a real estate agent, she’s a house flipper and real estate investor who previously had a career in medical and pharmaceutical sales.

Fallon joins Washington Ho and eXp from NB Elite Realty, another Bayou City real estate firm with a local celebrity connection. NB Elite Realty is headed by former indoor professional soccer player Nebo Bandovic, who played for the Houston Hotshots in the ’90s.

Washington Ho and the family’s real estate business has historically been local. The goal is to start a national and international luxury brokerage eventually, Fallon said.

Washington wanted to do that immediately, but his dad squashed that and said this was a better approach, Fallon said.

Most of Fallon’s luxury clients during the pandemic were from New York, Florida, California, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Austin.

Fallon plans to cultivate and expand her client relationships in those markets and in Houston, with the team she and Ho put together.

“We’re going to bring on knowledgeable, attractive and articulate agents who can close those deals,” Fallon said.
