A recently renovated La Quinta Inn & Suites is for sale in San Antonio’s downtown, amid the city’s growing hotel market.
CBRE listed a 151-room key hotel at 100 West Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard, about 8 miles from the San Antonio International Airport.
The property is being sold on behalf of High Note, who didn’t disclose the price. The hotel was recently renovated with updated amenities to accommodate the market.
The hotel provides access to some of the area’s tourist destinations, including the San Antonio Riverwalk, the Alamo and the AT&T Center. It did over $5 million in room revenue plus almost $92 in RevPAR over the last year.
Its proximity to demand generators like corporate offices, colleges, hospitals, stadiums and museums has allowed the hotel to thrive, despite the pandemic, and the picture is similar across the Alamo City.
San Antonio’s hospitality industry had the best fourth quarter in the state last year, surpassing Dallas and Houston, and is continuing to attract new investors and interest.
