Jerry Jones co. sells 178k-sq-ft warehouse in Frisco

A subsidiary of Lincoln Property Co. bought a third industrial property owned by Blue Star Land

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is having a mixed week.

In the plus column, the Jones family’s Blue Star Land just sold off the last of three industrial properties it put up for sale in May, to an affiliate of Chicago-based

Lincoln Property Co., the Dallas Morning News reported. The 178,200-square-foot warehouse at 16240 Gateway Path is in the Star Business Park at Preston Road and PGA Parkway in Frisco.

Lincoln bought two other buildings in the total 440,000-square-foot offering at the Star Commerce Center office and warehouse complex in September.
JLL marketed the three industrial properties, describing Frisco as, “D-FW’s most dynamic and sought-after industrial submarket.”

The Jones company bought the property in 2018, and this building started construction in 2021, the DMN reports.

Notable tenants in the 200-acre, fully leased business park include GEA Food Solutions, Magnus Chemical and Vivint.

In other news, Jones’ real estate company is reportedly working on a new industrial park farther north, in Prosper, as well as a 1,000-unit residential community.

On the NFL-end of his career, Jones is sticking his neck out for Commanders coach Dan Snyder following a 79-page report from a 14-month investigation by the House Committee on Oversight and Reform detailing accusations of sexual misconduct.

“First of all, I hope our fans see how politically biased this report is,” Jones said. “This report doesn’t even come out if the Republicans were in Congress. It’s that stupid.”
