A prominent personal injury attorney recently sold his mansion in San Antonio’s gated Dominion community, listed at $7.5 million.

Thomas J. Henry sold his 10,000-square-foot mansion at 18 Crescent Park to an entity associated with professional basketball player Jordan Clarkson, the San Antonio Express-News reported.

The sale price wasn’t disclosed, but JClarkson Enterprises, which bought the home, borrowed $3.78 million from City National Bank for the purchase. That’s $374 per square foot for the loan.

The Spanish-style home was asking $5.8 million the last time it hit the market, in 2019.

Built in 2008, it sits on more than an acre in the gated, master-planned community. The three-story mansion has five bedrooms, including a primary suite equipped with a spa-like bathroom and doors that open onto the rear patio. The home also has an elevator, a game room, glass-encased wine closet, theater room with stadium seating and a concession stand and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.

A casita on the property features a large sitting room, en-suite bathroom and full bar. Below the living space is a gym or parking area for golf carts. The backyard has an infinity-edge pool, a wood-burning pizza oven and a putting green.

The house was featured in a 2019 Super Bowl ad for the law firm, which is headquartered in Irving.

A home on the same street landed on the market last week asking $6.9 million. That home, at 10 Crescent Park, has six bedrooms and nine full bathrooms as well as a separate guest house with its own private entrance.

Clarkson, who plays point guard for the Utah Jazz, grew up in San Antonio and owns multiple properties throughout the area. His stepmother Janie Clarkson is manager of JClarkson Enterprises, and she signed the deed of trust for the property.
