What could be more Dallas than a glamorous Rosewood Hotels & Resorts condo?

The hospitality company is working with local developer One Turtle Creek to build a high-rise condominium, Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek, two blocks from the Mansion on Turtle Creek Hotel, which was the company’s first property, the Dallas Morning News reported

The 17-story building would have 46 units ranging from 2,000 to 6,380 square feet, a rooftop swimming pool and lounge, fitness center, library, dedicated dog park and private dining room. There will also be a first-floor lounge with a full-time concierge and valet parking attendants.

Prices would start at $3 million, and interested buyers will also have the option to combine units to create a larger one. Chicago architect Lucien Lagrange will work with New York interior designer Dan Fink Studio on the project, which is set to be completed in 2025.

The condo highrise would be Rosewood’s fifth standalone residential development. The company has multiple others that it manages, including two under construction in Florida.

“We have a pipeline of Rosewood residential and properties of probably about 37 around the world,” Brad Berry, vice president of global residential development at Rosewood Hotel Group, told the outlet. “More than half of those contain a residential component.”

Founded in the ’70s, Rosewood manages more than 30 hotels and resorts across 18 countries.

The company wanted to give people the chance to live in the “Rosewood style” permanently and not just when they are staying in a short-term hotel, Berry told the outlet.

“We are seeing demand for branded residences from our customers and owners around the world,” Berry said. “In the last few years it’s really taken off for us.
