One of Dallas’ most anticipated office developments has a real estate tenant. Savills has leased 10,000 square feet on the 14th floor of 23Springs, Granite Properties’ 625,000-square-foot development at 2323 Cedar Springs Road in Uptown.

The firm expects to move next year from a smaller space at 2200 Ross Avenue, the Dallas Arts Tower, which was previously known as the Chase Tower.

23Springs is expected to open next year, and it has drawn some of the city’s biggest leases this year. Deloitte took 100,000 square feet in January, when the building was said to be over 30 percent leased. In March, law firm Austin Sibley leased 118,000 square feet in the 26-story tower.

The building, which will be the tallest in Uptown, was designed by GFF. Gensler will finish out the Savills office space.

Younger Partners has appointed Kelly Stewart general manager for Artisan Circle, a 283,000-square-foot walkable retail and office district in central Fort Worth. She was previously director of property management for the firm.

TJ Lewis Real Estate, a team of 31 agents, has joined Keller Williams Austin Southwest.  Broker Topher Rogers started the independent team in 2016, according to LinkedIn. It has sold 222 homes, amounting to $67.4 million, in the past year and a half, according to a news release from Austin-based Keller Williams.

First America Homes, a division of the Signorelli Company, has hired broker Jason Keller as its San Antonio area sales manager. Keller previously served as director of sales for Keller Williams in San Antonio, according to LinkedIn.

Howard Hughes Holdings has appointed Dana Hamilton to its board of directors. She recently retired from Pretium, where she was senior managing director and head of real estate, overseeing more than $30 billion of real estate assets. Prior to that, she was with Archstone for 20 years and served as president of European operations.

Michael Hsu Office of Architecture has awarded $20,000 in pro-bono design and consultation services to Round Rock-based Central Texas Table of Grace, which provides foster care services and independent living for teens aging out of foster care. The Austin-based architecture firm will help the nonprofit with its plans in developing an expansion of living quarters. The firm gave a similar award to Austin Angels in 2022 and the Women’s Home in Houston last year.
