Fort Worth-based M2G Ventures launched a hospitality division and tapped Crescent Real Estate veteran Chris Hanrattie to lead it. Hanrattie will focus on acquiring and repositioning hotels in high-growth markets as managing director and head of hospitality. He previously oversaw Crescent’s hospitality investments and brings more than 20 years of experience, a news release said.

Jacob Stover joined Foundry Commercial as a senior associate in its Dallas office, where he’ll work on land and industrial outdoor storage deals. He was previously with Henry S. Miller, where he earned recognition as a top producer last year. Stover holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and began his career as a professional lacrosse player.

Stream Realty Partners added Tom Boyer as senior director of project management in Dallas. Boyer, who most recently held the same title at CBRE for eight years, joined Stream to help lead its occupier services and project management platform. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Rand Construction and began in residential development with Ryan Homes, according to a news release.

Edge Realty Partners brought on Ross Colley as a senior vice president in its Austin office. Colley has leased over 1 million square feet of retail and specializes in investment sales, land deals and value-add opportunities in Central Texas. He previously managed shopping center portfolios in Dallas and Atlanta.

CBRE hired Tom Burns as vice chair of its U.S. Debt and Structured Finance team in Dallas. He joined from Affinius Capital, previously Square Mile Capital, and has also held senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Transwestern Capital Advisors. He has closed more than $20 billion in deals throughout his career, a news release said. Burns will focus on expanding CBRE’s capital markets presence in Texas and the Western U.S.

The Dinerstein Companies promoted Maria Gomelsky to chief financial officer, replacing David Glaser, who is retiring after seven years. Gomelsky joined the firm in 2021 as chief accounting officer and has led modernization initiatives across the firm’s financial operations. She previously held senior finance roles at AIG and a publicly registered REIT as well as working in New York on capital markets projects for PwC and Royal Bank of Canada.

Amplify Credit Union tapped two leaders to helm its consolidated mortgage operations: JC San Pedro was promoted to senior vice president of mortgage banking and loan administration, while Yvonne Case was hired as vice president of real estate production. San Pedro has nearly three decades of experience in loan origination, secondary marketing and portfolio management; Case has worked in the industry since 2002.

In case you missed it: Chicago-based Cresa named Carl Mueller as a principal in its Houston office, just after the firm announced that President Greg Schementi would resign from his position and that CEO Tod Lickerman plans to step down in the next two years.
