As the new year begins, a younger generation is gaining influence at Bradford Commercial Real Estate.
The Dallas-based firm hired Courtney Stanford as senior vice president of its Fort Worth team. Stanford comes to the company from SVN Dunn Commercial, where she has worked since 2017. She is the daughter of SVN Dunn Commercial founder David Dunn.
Elsewhere at Bradford, CRE executive vice president Joe Santaularia became president of CORFAC International, a network of 75 CRE firms. Joe is the son of Kevin Santaularia, president and CEO of Bradford. Since joining Bradford in 2008, Joe has transacted more than six million square feet of space.
Meanwhile, tenant adviser Robbie Baty has left Cushman & Wakefield for HPI, a Texas-based commercial real estate firm, where he will lead its newly launched Dallas Tenant Advisory Group. Baty leaves Cushman & Wakefield as vice chairman and office tenant representation leader for the Dallas/Fort Worth market. His clients there included CarMax, Capital One, Hewlett Packard, Prosperity Bank and Southwest Airlines. Cushman & Wakefield recognized him as a top 10 Dallas producer from 2012 to 2023.
In an internal promotion, Torrey Littlejohn recently assumed leadership of JLL’s North Texas brokerage teams, according to a press release issued by the CRE and investment management company last month. In her 20 years of experience with JLL, Littlejohn has transacted more than 20 million square feet, including the Toyota North American headquarters and Vanguard’s North Texas office. As North Texas broker lead, Littlejohn will oversee business operations for JLL’s 200 employees around the Metroplex.
John Nicholson, a top-ranked Houston industrial broker, moved from Colliers to CBRE last month, the Houston Business Journal reported. Nicholson is now a vice chairman in CBRE’s industrial division.
In Austin, multifamily developer OHT Partners named eight new principals to its leadership team in November: real estate principals Howell Beaver, Ben Crowder, Chad Hallmark and Jackson Simons; construction principals Matt Bratton and Thomas Terwilliger; capital market principal David Godvin; and principal and CFO Stephen Bedell.
DAHLIN Architecture expanded its Austin office to include Mark Lakins, now director of project development, and architect Gregg Taylerson, director of design. Lakins is in charge of project development for residential, mixed-use and custom luxury homes across the Southwest, and Taylerson will focus especially on design for large master-planned developments.
