Craig Hall’s Hall Group is preparing to break ground on a new $140 million office building at its sprawling Hall Park development in Frisco.
The Dallas Morning News first reported that construction is expected to begin Friday on the project at 2801 Network Boulevard, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The building will include 10 floors of office space totaling more than 206,000 square feet, sitting atop an eight-story parking garage with 1,345 spaces. The project is slated for completion in February 2028, the filing shows.
Hall Group declined to share additional details, saying the project remains in the planning stage. As with most TDLR filings, the specifications are preliminary and subject to change.
The site, referred to as Hall Park C5, has been in play for years. In March 2025, the Frisco City Council approved an amendment to its master development agreement with Hall Group and its partners that expanded Kaleidoscope Park and cleared the way for a large parking garage that could support a new office building. That move effectively scrapped earlier plans for a performing arts center on the site.
The office building is the latest addition to Hall Park, Craig Hall’s long-running redevelopment of a 162-acre campus he began assembling in 1989. What started as a suburban office park has morphed into a dense, mixed-use district with offices, apartments, hotels and public art, with total investment pegged around $7 billion.
Hall Park now includes 15 office buildings, along with residential projects and hospitality. The 224-room Hall Park Hotel, which opened in 2024, was recently named one of the best new hotels in the country by USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
