Colliers International Group is shifting its Dallas headquarters from Uptown to a prominent office building along the Dallas North Tollway.
The Toronto-based global investment management firm will exit its current site at 1717 McKinney Avenue to occupy about 33,000 square feet at International Plaza III. The building is at 14241 Dallas Parkway, the Dallas Business Journal first reported.
The relocation, scheduled for October, positions the firm closer to newer market trends, according to Daniel Taylor, executive managing director and Texas region market leader.
Taylor told the outlet that the intersection of LBJ Freeway and the Tollway remains a central hub for Dallas business as development continues to push northward, allowing for easier access to submarkets in all directions.
The new office is within a 13-story building with about 354,000 square feet of Class A space. International Plaza III is owned by a partnership between Houston-based M-M Properties and Boston-based State Street Corporation, according to the outlet.
The campus features a variety of modern amenities, including a Trophy Fitness-designed studio and a state-of-the-art conference center, according to the publication. On-site hospitality areas and a shared central park are intended to support team collaboration and daily productivity.
David Josker, president of West Region Brokerage for Colliers, described the Dallas-Fort Worth region as one of the most dynamic and strategically important markets in the United States.
Colliers currently employs more than 140 people across the DFW Metroplex and has maintained a presence in the city since the 1970s. As of March 2025, the firm ranked as the eighth-largest commercial real estate brokerage in North Texas with 71 local agents and brokers.
In a separate expansion earlier this month, the company leased 26,316 square feet at 6105 Tennyson Parkway in Plano. The Plano office is near the Legacy West and The Shops at Legacy retail hubs, further extending the firm into the northern suburbs, according to the outlet. The firm has also been aggressive in its regional growth strategy, recently acquiring Dallas-based Greystone Sales Group to bolster its multifamily capabilities.
In addition to its own office moves, Colliers recently facilitated major regional deals, such as the 50,000-square-foot headquarters lease for Unleashed Brands in Irving. That space at 600 East Las Colinas Boulevard will accommodate nearly 300 employees for the multi-brand platform.— Eric Weilbacher
