Mill Creek Residential filed plans to build an eight-story apartment project with 215 units across 250,000 square feet. While the address listed on such filings is supposed to point to the project location, Mill Creek listed 1601 Rio Grande Street, the location of the firm’s Austin office. The firm declined to say where its new apartment project will be built.

The project’s estimated cost is $70 million, or roughly $326,000 per unit. Work is slated to begin in February and last for two years.
