- Foundation Building Materials, 30,500-square-foot renewal at 8301 John Carpenter Freeway, Dallas

ML Realty’s Union Bower Business Park is a 6-building, 303,700-square-foot complex in Irving that the firm acquired in 2016. The buildings are situated right off Loop 12, Highway 183, and I-35, with direct access to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and the Dallas Central Business District.
Quaker Court, a two-building, 205,400-square-foot industrial property that ML Realty acquired in 2019 is at 1144-1188 Quaker Street in Dallas. They are situated on the northwestern edge of the Dallas Design District.
ML Realty currently owns about 60 properties across Dallas-Fort Worth and is looking to continue expanding its portfolio in the future, says exec Matthew Smith.
The Dallas-Fort Worth area was leading the nation’s industrial pipeline last year and has had a strong start moving into the new year.
