Brookfield is offloading a furniture distribution and showroom near Dallas.

The Toronto-based company listed the 441,000-square-foot Havertys facility at 770 Gateway Boulevard in Coppell. JLL’s Coler Yoakam, Parker McCormack and Pauli Kerr are marketing the property, which spans more than 26 acres.

The facility was built in 1996 and has been expanded. Havertys occupies 100 percent of the property and has over 11 years left on its lease.

Brookfield also listed some high-profile multifamily properties in downtown Dallas recently.

Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors plans to build a 378,000-square-foot warehouse at 309 Aldine Bender Road in Houston, according to a filing with the state of Texas. It is expected to cost $24.6 million to build, according to the filing, or about $65 per square foot.

California-based Kair Harbor Express plans to build a 103,000-square-foot warehouse at 3602 Cedar Boulevard in Baytown, according to a filing with the state. The project is expected to cost more than $10 million, or about $97 per square foot.

St. Louis-based BestBox Storage plans to build a 104,000-square-foot self-storage facility at 12910 Garrett Road in Houston. The project is expected to cost $8 million, or almost $77 per square foot.

Pest-control company Rentokil is building out almost 65,000 square feet that it has leased from Alliance Industrial Company at the Freeport Commerce Center at 9000 Freeport Parkway in Irving. The buildout is expected to cost about $2.1 million, according to a filing with the state.
