Fort Worth’s most expensive listing to date hit the market in the River Hills neighborhood for just under $17 million.
The two-story estate, on 1 acre at 3736 Aviemore Drive, is asking $2,125 per square foot, the Dallas Business Journal reported. If sold for the asking price, it would become the most-expensive residential property ever sold through Fort Worth’s Multiple Listing Service, surpassing the record of over $10 million set in 2020.
Breah Brown with Douglas Elliman is managing the listing.
The 8,000-square-foot residence, built in 2023, features four bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half-bath.
The home boasts heated flooring, a 1,200-bottle wine cellar, a theater room, game room and gym with a sauna. Smart home technology is available in each bedroom.
The outdoor space offers a heated pool, hot tub, infinity waterfall and fire pit, all controlled by Pentair systems and monitored by security cameras.
Located on a hill southwest of downtown, the home enjoys sweeping views of the city skyline as well as sunsets. The home is close to Texas Christian University, as well as premier shopping and dining spots like The Shops at Clearfork and Villages of Stonegate.

Another multi-million dollar home listing to hit the market in Fort Worth in recent months is a 7,700-square foot estate in the Mira Vista gated community, known for amenities including an 18-hole golf course and a country club.
That home, on 1.2 acres at 6960 Laurel Valley Drive, is listed for just shy of $10 million, or about $1,300 per square foot. The city’s real estate market is further bolstered by robust construction activity and a diversified market that attracts high net worth individuals, contributing to Fort Worth’s emergence as a top real estate market to watch this year.
This story was updated to reflect that Breah Brown is managing the listing at Douglas Elliman. A previous version incorrectly said she had left Elliman for Compass with Tracy Tutor.
