The United Football League has secured a massive headquarters lease near AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

The 111,400-square-foot lease, in Fort Capital’s Ballpark Circle office building, is one of the largest office deals in Tarrant County in the past two years, the Dallas Business Journal reported

The headquarters will span two floors in the three-story building at 1401 Nolan Ryan Expressway, housing the league’s administrative, operational and team-related activities.

The lease marks a pivotal milestone for the UFL as it continues to expand following merger of the United States Football League and XFL last year. It also builds on the league’s previous commitments to the region.

The XFL made Arlington its headquarters in 2022 to prepare for its relaunch. Since then, the UFL has increased its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including a lease for nearly 20,000 square feet of office space in Bedford last year to support team operations.

Zang-Adams Real Estate brokers Jamie Adams and Kelsi Couture represented the UFL in the transaction, while TXRE Properties’ Kolby Dickerson and Sam Davis represented Chris Powers, CEO of Fort Worth-based Fort Capital.

Ballpark Circle is a two-building complex at the center of Arlington’s sports and entertainment district. The complex offers 236,500 square feet of space across two properties: a 162,000-square-foot office building and a 75,000-square-foot industrial building.

It is directly across from Choctaw Stadium, the UFL’s Arlington Renegades home field, and within walking distance of the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field and Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium.

The UFL’s season opens on March 28.
