Another senior living facility is on its way to Houston.

Abby Senior Living plans a 200,000-square-foot community at 450 West Sam Houston Parkway South, according to plans filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The $44 million project, Lago Trails, will sit on 4.6 acres on the west side of Sam Houston Parkway and will consist of 170 units — 70 for independent living, 64 for assisted living and 36 for memory care, according to the plans.

Construction of Lago Trails could start in May, and it’s expected to be completed in 2025.
