Unsheathe your auction paddles — a bidding tourney will decide the next owner of a siegeworthy estate near Houston.

Nathan Milner, a video game streamer known on YouTube as Unspeakable, is auctioning his realm in Magnolia, a suburb north of Houston. On almost 11 acres, the 7,200-square-foot home at 9011 Breckenridge Drive features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen and a game room, all guarded by a moat, according to marketing materials.

Amenities include a basketball court and a workshop that can accommodate six vehicles. The property has an agricultural use exemption, a property tax advantage that also permits the owner to keep livestock on the land, Montgomery County records show.

JLA Realty agent Jasmin Lye has the property listed for $3.5 million, amounting to about $500 per square foot. The property first listed in September for $3.8 million; the seller lowered the price in November, according to Zillow.

Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions is handling the auction process. The company expects bids to start between $1 million and $2 million, according to marketing materials.

Concierge will hold a preview event at the site on Feb. 1. Bidding opens on Feb. 12 and closes on Feb. 25.

Milner’s channel has over 19 million subscribers on YouTube. In one of his most-watched videos, published in August, Milner turns the property into a water park. The water slides have since been removed.

He purchased the property in 2020 through his company, Unspeakable Media LLC, for an undisclosed price, according to public records.

An auction resulted in Houston’s most expensive sale of December. A home at 3102 Noble Lakes Lane that was previously owned by Nick Van Exel and once appeared on MTV’s “Cribs” asked $9.9 million before it went to auction. The winning bid hasn’t been disclosed.

Concierge is also handling the auction of manufacturing mogul Chaz Neely’s waterfront estate in Belton. Unlike Milner’s property, the 13-acre Belton estate will undergo a live auction.
