The office and retail property at 200 Greenwich Avenue, which belonged to an LLC managed by Joann B. Gallo, has sold for $67 million. The three-story property was built in 1988, and spans 62,850 square feet. The retail is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, and Compass real estate occupies most of the office space. [FBJ]
