In a 1031 exchange, Kislak Company completed a three-property trade in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for $33.3 million. With 290 total units, the deal includes the 26-unit Ausonia Apartments with two commercial units in Middlesex County; the 104-unit Arbor Grove Apartments in Montgomery County, PA; and the 158-unit property in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
