Dallas-based Colony Industrial bought a 33-property portfolio in New Jersey from Morristown-based Hampshire Companies for an undisclosed price, GlobeSt reported. The portfolio includes 30 industrial buildings comprising a total of more than 1.3 million square feet, as well as three development sites totaling 46 acres, according to the outlet. A CBRE team brokered the deal on behalf of Hampshire. In a statement, CBRE EVP Brian Fiumara said the portfolio gave Colony “the very rare opportunity to acquire a critical mass of high-quality industrial assets and a future development pipeline in a joint venture with Hampshire Real Estate Companies.” [Globe St.]
