An affiliate of Mamaroneck-based Verco Properties shelled out a total of $22 million for two apartment communities in White Plains, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. The Reed, at 115 N. Broadway, and The Dylan, at 42 Waller Ave., were both developed by David Mann’s Lighthouse Living company, according to the outlet. “We acquired those properties when they became available because we want to be more in Westchester, which is our home,” Verco Properties principal and partner John Verni told the outlet. Verni said the two apartment communities are ideal homes for either millennials or empty nesters. [FBJ]
