Private investment firm buys Amagansett wedding venue for $6.175M

California-based private investment firm WTI Inc. shelled out $6.175 million for a wedding venue in Amagansett, The Independent reported. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s Lisa Ferraro and Dana Forbes listed and sold Gansett Green Manor for owners Leslie and Jed Feldman. WTI Inc. director, Sylvia Wong, plans to work “side by side with the Feldmans until the end of the year to learn directly from them before implementing any changes,” the outlet reported. “Gansett Green’s simplicity and authenticity particularly appealed to us,” she said, adding that the venue “is surrounded by farmlands and has beautiful grounds.” [Indy East End]
